What is your return policy?
We offer a no-return policy due to each item being made to order.
What is your exchange policy?
We do not allow refunds or cancellations, but please contact us if something is wrong with your order.
What is your turn around time?
The current turn-around time is 2-5 business days. This can be extend up to 12 business days due to any major sales, bulk purchases, etc. This does not include shipping time. This turn-around time does NOT include custom orders, you will receive notice upon ordering.
I am unhappy with my order, now what?
Please contact us immediately with the detail. We will work together towards a solution. Please take the time to read item descriptions and ask any questions prior to ordering.
Can I order custom products?
Any products that can be customized/personalized can be found in that category. We encourage you to reach out if what you are looking for is not posted. We can create together!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, please email us with your complete address, and we will quote you a price for shipping.
