What is Your Return Policy?

We offer a no return policy due to each item being made to order.

What is Your Exchange Policy?

We do not allow refunds or cancellations but please contact us if something is wrong with your order.

What Is Your Turn Around Time?

The current turn around time is 2-5 business days. This can be extended up to 12 business days due to any major sales, bulk purchases etc.  This does not include shipping time.  This turn around time does NOT include custom orders, you will receive notice upon ordering.

I am unhappy with my order, now what?

Please contact me immediately with the details. We will work together towards a solution. Please take the time time read descriptions and ask any questions prior to ordering .

Can I order custom products?

Any products that can be customized/personalized can be found in that category.  I encourage you to reach out if what you are looking for isn't posted.  We can create together !

Do we ship internationally ?

Yes.  Please email with complete address and I will quote you shipping.
